In October of 2004, we completed a public art project in Hanoi, Vietnam. This mosaic project is entitled "Flowers for Vietnam." It is made up of sixteen 12" x 12" panels and borders of 2" tiles alternating with mirror. The entire mural was produced in our San Francisco studio then transported in pieces to hanoi and installed and grouted on site. Each flower is made from a combination of hand made and hand painted tiles (by Julia di Biasi) as well as some beautiful gems and millefiore from 'the Tile Shack' - a big thank you to Tammy for helping us accomplish this project by providing us with a contact in Vietnam!
